This position is responsible for top level management of : 1) Project management office via the PMO manager, 2) Executive management of projects via all technical units managers.
Key Job Accountabilities:
- Fully study, comprehend, and modify as needed the operation guidelines of PMO operation & project execution tasks.
- Implement the company’s objective, guidelines of operation and uphold the quality assurance system, for technical project execution and project management tasks only.
- Motivate, advise and support his direct subordinates to put forth and to uphold the operation systems for their own departments.
- Sets yearly objective for the company’s technical operation and project management according to the company’s technical charter set by the board of directors
- Education Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline of engineering, preferably electrical or electronics.
- Experience Project Managements, process or electrical or oil and gas industries, having managed large teams (min 5 years management experience)
- Excellent in English and Arabic as minimum
- PC Skills : Office, and Project Management, AutoCAD is a plus.
